Staff For Cats bases its shipping charges on your merchandise total. For standard items the following chart applies. Some items that require an additional shipping charge. Individual product pages where extra shipping is required are clearly marked. While we do not have a minimum order, the shipping rates are better in terms of a percent of order when the order total is higher.
Almost all orders ship within three days. Occasionally, items that are ordered from our manufacturer as opposed to other suppliers will take a week longer to ship because they are made by hand.

Do oversized products require additional shipping charges?
Yes, some of our larger products require shipping and handling charges in addition to normal shipping rates. Please reference product pages for information on particular items.
How will my order be shipped?
We use either UPS or FedEx for all of our shipments. We are able to send to Post Office boxes and APO addresses. If you submit an order with a PO Box, you will need to supply a physical address for shipment. Both FedEx and UPS use a package tracking system, and once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
What about returns?
We want you to be 100% Satisfied with your purchase. If you are not pleased with your merchandise for any reason, you may return the product within 30 days of original order date. Unfortunately this policy excludes open perishable items. Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the order was paid. The item must be returned in good condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts, and accessories to ensure full credit.
